Veterans Transition Center provides a comprehensive digital platform designed to assist military personnel, veterans, and their families with transition planning, career support, healthcare tracking, benefits information, and related resources. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Transition planning tools and calculators
• Career support and resume building
• Healthcare tracking and VA claims assistance
• State and federal benefits information
• Document management and storage
• AI-powered transition guidance

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of VTC, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use VTC to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable material
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate VTC, a VTC employee, another user, or any other person or entity

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of VTC or any other systems or networks

5. Intellectual Property

The content, features, and functionality of VTC, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are owned by Veterans Transition Center or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

VTC is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of VTC or the information, content, materials, or products included on VTC. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
